"The chair is what we expected having these chairs for years. Service was another matter. Once they have your money they will not make things right. I 'm a Vietnam Veteran and showed ample proof (DD Form 214) with medals so noted. Yet no discount was granted. They would not intervene. Buy elsewhere."
