Got it for our toddler but we love it too

"We got these to use around our yard and to use camping. There's a nostalgia around the design because they were always present at our house and around Grandma's pool. This one's a great design because it's low to the ground so I can be close to the kiddos while they play! And of course all the chairs we've bought are super strong but also lightweight."

Worst Customer Service

"After sending me a defective chair that arrived with bent arms made of soft plastic that bend further when sat upon, I asked for the issue to be fixed with customer service. They quickly offered a return or replacement. I then asked a very simple policy question: can I return the replacement if it is also poor quality and defective? I got no reply, totally ghosted until they sent me a satisfaction survey. Complaining in the satisfaction survey got me a canned email, but there has been no response at all to my half dozen plus attempts to contact them since then. You can't call because they only have office hours for 4 hours a day, and they dont reply to emails. It's been over two weeks since I began trying to get my claim handled as of this writing, and customer service won't communicate in any way or start the return process. I just want to return my defective product at this point and no one will answer me. Please do not consider dealing with this company. The chairs are made of cheap bendy plastic, and they will not stand behind any of their quality claims or customer service claims. Stay far away from this dishonest company."
