Good for some people, but some improvements needed

"I bought one of this model to try it out, assuming the return shipping cost would not make it worth it to return, and I’m glad I did. On the plus side, it seems to be well-made overall, with small touches like the all-metal latch that the frame rests on when open. However, I was surprised by a few things that I found. First, the color of the fabric is much different than I thought, looking much darker in person than it did in most of the pictures I saw. I’m still good with the color, but surprised about how different it looked in person. Second, when folding it up flat, a rivet on both of the handles catches the webbing, which does indeed hold it in place flat, but also rubs across the fabric and eventually will wear it through and damage it. Third, it’s probably positive from a quality standpoint, but the webbing is pulled extremely tight and made it very uncomfortable for me to sit on, especially for an extended time. Also, I’m only 5 ft 9 in, but found that the handles are too low to even be functional for someone of my size. Instead of buying a second one, I bought two chairs from Vingli, which sells a set of two similar chairs for the same price as this one. That one was much more comfortable for me, in terms of seat height (1” higher), armrest and back height (both 1. 5” higher) and overall seat comfort, since the webbing gave way a bit to make the seat more comfortable. It may indeed be more cheaply made, and not last as long, but I figured with two chairs (1 as a “spare”), it should give me the same overall life as one of the Lawn Chair USA chairs, especially since I only use it occasionally anyway. My wife, however, preferred the Lawn Chair USA chair for herself, so our solution is going to be that I’m going to use a Vingli chair and she’ll use the Lawn Chair USA chair."

Love My Lawn Chair

"Now that I’ve had a Charleston Magnum chair for ~5 years and see that it is still like new, I decided to add this tan chair for going to the lake when family comes to visit. The neutral tan with white armrests is a great minimalist look. Top quality."

Website doesn't work

"Tried to order 2 chairs online, both were magnums. When I order the chairs the shopping cart showed the chairs to be Classic not Magnum and the colors I picked where not what was in the shopping cart. Tried several times to place the order I wanted and it did not work. I was also supposed to receive 10% off if I ordered 2 chairs and that did not work either. I thought USA made was supposed to be better? Let's start with software that works. Frustrated!!"
